REFUND POLICY — The Luhman Collective
Custom & Personalized Orders All custom portraits and personalized artwork are made to order and are non-refundable once work has begun. Because each piece is hand-painted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders after the creation process has started.
Order Cancellations Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will have entered the production queue and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Print Orders Non-custom print orders may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.
Satisfaction We take great pride in our work and want you to love your piece. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us — we're happy to discuss revisions within the scope of the original order.
